Hello to one, hello to all! My name is Justin Schneider and I am a third generation Schneider to work with the dealership. My grandfather opened our dealership back in 69' and we haven't looked backed since. I am 23 years old and Graduated this past year from The University of Kansas and was itching to get back to what I love doing. Selling cars. It is never an easy task to turn in a Lease and either leave with a new lease or purchase. Jim Greenfield and Metro Toyota has changed that opinion for me. Jim went over and beyond in helping me to ge leave with a new lease or purchase. Jim Greenfield and Metro Toyota has changed that opinion for me. Jim went over and beyond in helping me to get the vehicle that I wanted and was upfront and honest regarding issues in the desired color we were hoping for. Because of the desired color, the selection was limited but Jim worked with others to obtain the vehicle from another location. The color option had to change and although at first I was disappointed, after seeing the Ruby Red color in person, my opinion changed immediately. The car is beautiful! Jim explained all the bells and whistles to me to make sure I understood all the functions and features the 2024 Rav4 has to offer. Metro Toyota made this experience the best for me in over 20 years of dealing with other Dealerships! We were so impressed by the service, the kindness and the help to turn in the old Lease, my husband went back a week later and bought a new Tacoma Truck! We will be a Metro Toyota fan now hopefully for life and will not hesitate to send friends and family your way! Thanks to Justin Schneider for the financing assist and explaining the options for additional coverage, Justin was very friendly and helpful and upfront. Explaining the Gap insurance so it was better understood was a no brainer when selecting the options. Thank you Metro Toyota! We will be back! More
