I wish I could say that I had good service from Royal GMC but it was horrible from start to finish. Chris (service advisor) did not follow through on what he said he would do. Parts (Tyler) did not follow t but it was horrible from start to finish. Chris (service advisor) did not follow through on what he said he would do. Parts (Tyler) did not follow through on what he said. Justin (manager) never followed up after I called him. Even picked up my car, I got a mile or so from dealer and had to go back because job was not done completely. I have had Ford vehicles before and was always satisfied with my service at the Ford Dealerships. I'm disappointed that GMC was not even close to the customer service they provided. More

Honest, personable, professional ! That describes all the folks we encountered at Royal Cadillac ! Chris was a delight to work with, and as my point man, he got me a great deal on a car That describes all the folks we encountered at Royal Cadillac ! He laid out several options for coverages, financing plans, service plans etc...and I styled my own deal tailored to...ME! Honestly, when I think of the experience, combined with all the awesome cars they have to offer...I kind of want another Caddy right now...but I'll work up to that. I'LL BE BACK !! More

I would rate in the NEGATIVE if it would let me!!! Justin is too busy trying to cover up the misrepresentations and inappropriate actions of how they treat their customers. Trying to put me!!! Trying to put a bandage on the fact that they were wrong and cost me hundreds of extra dollars for nothing. Only agreeing to pay back a small portion of the extra costs in hoping to make it go away. NOT THIS TIME. ! Discrimination towards a pregnant woman and using scare tactics to charge extra for auto repairs is not right and what Royal Buick is best at! More
