I purchased a used vehicle that needed four repairs but GM was on strike so it sat in service for months waiting on parts. I bought a used truck from Bryan on my Birthday. Good, quick, efficient, easy to deal with & professional. I later need the front aligned & a promised owner's manual. I wish I could say that I had good service from Royal GMC but it was horrible from start to finish. Chris (service advisor) did not follow through on what he said he would do. Parts (Tyler) did not follow t but it was horrible from start to finish. Chris (service advisor) did not follow through on what he said he would do. Parts (Tyler) did not follow through on what he said. Justin (manager) never followed up after I called him. Even picked up my car, I got a mile or so from dealer and had to go back because job was not done completely. I have had Ford vehicles before and was always satisfied with my service at the Ford Dealerships. I'm disappointed that GMC was not even close to the customer service they provided. More

Honestly, when I think of the experience, combined with all the awesome cars they have to offer...I kind of want another Caddy right now...but I'll work up to that. I'LL BE BACK !! More

NOT THIS TIME. ! Discrimination towards a pregnant woman and using scare tactics to charge extra for auto repairs is not right and what Royal Buick is best at! More
