Hyundai of St Augustine responded

Our sincere apologies for the level of service you received from our team that deserved a 1 star rating. This is not in line with our company philosophy and procedures and we clearly missed the mark. Our service director, Joe King, would like to learn more about your experience so he address your concerns personally and identify where we need to improve as an organization. Joe can be reached directly at joeking@hyundaiofstaugustine.org. We sincerely appreciate your understanding as we continue to grow daily to better serve our valued guests such as yourself.
