Justin was ok. I think if there is an issue with an appointment, in my case there were things that couldn’t be done that late in the day, the service advisor should I think if there is an issue with an appointment, in my case there were things that couldn’t be done that late in the day, the service advisor should call more than just the mobile if they can’t get ahold of someone. Also, if the scheduled items can’t be completed, a loaner car should be issued since it wasn’t the customers mistake. More
