My wife and I came in just to do a test drive on the Atlas and the Tiguan. We loved the Atlas and sat down with Justin to go over a possible deal on a lease. We agreed to a reasonable monthly payment, but we informed him that we still needed time to talk things over. We did put a refundable deposit down. We made a decision after some discussion at home and decided to make a deal. Justin was very professional and polite to both of us. He did all he could to make the process easy. More

Patrick Volkswagen overall your dealership was able to really go above and beyond when it came to finding us the car we wanted, with the options we wanted, and at the price we wanted, all during a large a really go above and beyond when it came to finding us the car we wanted, with the options we wanted, and at the price we wanted, all during a large and growing shortage of inventory due to COVID and a resulting computer chip shortage. I would definitely recommend Patrick Volkswagen to my family or friends to shop your first or next VW. Justin Toedt our salesperson was upbeat, professional, and knowledgeable with us at each step of the process. Justin was also very patient and gracious with us during the vehicle delivery phase as he sat with us while we waited for Finance and as he sat with us in the vehicle showing us how to work equipment and features. Justin kept in touch on all key points to ensure that no one dropped the ball or missed key communications so that our purchase kept on track and moving forward. Susan Mattero, Internet Marketing Manager, was extremely effective and talked us into buying a car from your dealership before you had it and before we even saw it. That really was impressive how she built enough trust with us to do that. Seth, our Finance Manager was enthusiastic and helped to ensure we had a good experience with your dealership seeing to all our details and making sure our payments and adjustments stayed inline with our goals. They had the car we wanted. We went to the dealership and purchased it. All of our options were explained to us and there was not any pressure to accept them.
