I would not recommend this dealership. The general manager Donovan Badamirza lied to me three times in one conversation. I live two hours away amd was there looking at a used SUV. I asked them what their warranty looked like and he stated, "if you don't like this one you can return it in 7 days and exchange for another car." I specifically asked if it was only a car from this lot as they did not have another car I wanted. He then stated, "we are Koons Ford! We have dealerships all over we can get you a car you want from them." That statement alone is what made me purchase the car. After getting the car home we noticed it had a loud sound when starting. When looking it up it sounded like the cam phasers were going out. I called the dealership as soon as the opened and said I need to bring the car back and asked about available cars at other dealerships. The manager, Justin, was extremely rude and said they do not do that and I had to get a car from their lot. Sean A, my salesman then called and said I needed to take the car to my local Ford dealer for them to diagnose the problem. I had to pay $175 out of my pocket but was assured I would be paid back. It was almost two months ago and I have not received the check. I then was stuck buying a car that cost $20000 more because it was the only thing on their lot close to my needs. Overall it was a terrible experience. Sean A was the only thing that made it bearable. More

Very disappointing experience with Koons Ford. On March 9, 2026, I leased a 2025 Ford Lightning from this dealership. This was my second purchase here, as I previously bought a new F-150 in 2022 On March 9, 2026, I leased a 2025 Ford Lightning from this dealership. This was my second purchase here, as I previously bought a new F-150 in 2022 and had an excellent experience at that time. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. During the process, several members of the management team, including the general manager, came across as unprofessional and disrespectful. The overall atmosphere felt disorganized and far from the level of professionalism you would expect when making a major purchase like a vehicle. The only positive part of the experience was my salesperson, who remained helpful and professional throughout the process. Unfortunately, he was even spoken to disrespectfully by management while I was present, which was surprising to see as a customer. Had I been made aware of the three-day return policy before it expired, I would have strongly considered returning the vehicle simply because of how unpleasant the overall experience was. I hope dealership leadership takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the professionalism and customer service of the management team. More
