Angelo Cassineri is by far the best salesman I have seen in the area and now have worked with. There is no “fluff” when trying to sell you the car, no inflating the numbers. Angelo is direct and upfront about pricing and is fantastic with working to meet your needs financially while getting you the car you want. Angelo is incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles here and it’s obvious he cares about his work. Angelo showed me the details of my car, taking his time even after purchase to ensure I knew all of the features that the other salesman had not shown me with my last car from Hawk. Angelo goes above and beyond with customer service and genuinely is a wonderful person to interact with along with the finance and service department. Next day after purchase I was promised a ceramic coating on my car at a discounted rate and they had a loner car ready for me to use as long as I needed and for me to pick my car back up when I can no rush. Everybody is extremely pleasant to work with from the lady at service counter always greeting you with a smile to the guys out working on the cars. Truly I will continue purchasing vehicles from Hawk because of their fair pricing and wonderful customer service. Thank you again Angelo for going the extra mile. God bless. More
