I found out about how I got "BEAT" when I talked to another dealer about changing the fluid which I thought was "Required"!!! After talking to the service manager he tried to twist it around and say that I requested the service and wasn't going to refund my money!!! Waiting for Toyota North America to contact Ken Tablet to get resolved before I get my lawyer involved!!! ☹️☹️☹️ More
