Today I had the best car buying experience ever! Everyone from the salesman (Gary Fritch) to the general manager (Justin Yelling) to the financial wizard (John Mesko) to the technical guru (Rob Rag Everyone from the salesman (Gary Fritch) to the general manager (Justin Yelling) to the financial wizard (John Mesko) to the technical guru (Rob Ragland) were so pleasant and helpful through the entire process. I got a terrific deal and recommend this dealership to absolutely everyone. I bought my third Avalon but my first TRD. Great cars!! More

Service department allowed a transmission fluid change to be performed when it has UTF fluid that stays in the transmission for its life!!! I found out about how I got allowed a transmission fluid change to be performed when it has UTF fluid that stays in the transmission for its life!!! I found out about how I got "BEAT" when I talked to another dealer about changing the fluid which I thought was "Required"!!! After talking to the service manager he tried to twist it around and say that I requested the service and wasn't going to refund my money!!! Waiting for Toyota North America to contact Ken Tablet to get resolved before I get my lawyer involved!!! ☹️☹️☹️ More

Bait and Switch They bait and switched me on a finance rate (said 3% to start and closed at 5.8%), added over $4000 in finance charges, and did not give me any floor They bait and switched me on a finance rate (said 3% to start and closed at 5.8%), added over $4000 in finance charges, and did not give me any floor mats in the vehicle. Would never return or recommend this dealership to anyone. Update: 11/13/2018 - I called them like their support person here suggested, their manager took my information and said he would look into it and claimed they are taking it very seriously. They are no longer accepting or returning my calls for what amounts to fraud. More
