I was warmly greeted and then introduced to Justis - I told him what I was in the market for and then he found my perfect match. Then it was my wife’s turn - again, we foolishly visited other dealerships first just to make sure we were buying with our heads and not just our hearts (I already knew I wanted to buy from Justis again). He searched for a couple weeks to find my wife the perfect car and now we’re both incredibly happy with our Mazda’s. He took the time to go over the buying process, the car features, and the benefits from buying from Flood. Both times were a lot of fun. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends. COVID note: you won’t find a cleaner dealership (hand sanitizer is everywhere and the staff actually wears masks correctly). More

They were incredibly attentive and helpful, not leaving me waiting at all! At the end of my visit, there was no pressure to buy a car that day. They even told me how frequently cars came in and what their stock looked like so I could wait it out if I preferred. Ultimately, I came back a few days later to get the car I wanted, but I really appreciated their patience and how willing they were to share information with me throughout the process. More
