Me comuniqué vía SMS con el gerente de relaciones, Justo Figueroa, quien respondió a mis preguntas y programó una cita para hoy a las 9 a.m. Recibí confirmaciones por correo electrónico de Katie Kennedy y Matt Simmons, este último ofreciendo una reducción de precio a $8,734, una tarjeta de regalo de $50 y membresía en el Advantage Club. Hoy, martes, tomé permiso en el trabajo y conduje 40 minutos bajo la lluvia hasta Brandon Honda. Al llegar, me informaron que el vehículo había sido vendido. Nadie me notificó previamente, lo que demuestra una falta de respeto y profesionalismo. Intentaron venderme otro vehículo por $13,000, excediendo mi presupuesto, y cuando expresé mi descontento, solo ofrecieron reembolsar mi gasolina, lo cual considero insuficiente. After seeing a promotion on Facebook, I became interested in a 2015 Honda Fit EX-L with 107,000 miles. I contacted the relationship manager, Justo Figueroa, via SMS, who answered my questions and scheduled an appointment for today at 9 a.m. I received email confirmations from Katie Kennedy and Matt Simmons, the latter offering a price reduction to $8,734, a $50 gift card, and Advantage Club membership. Today, Tuesday, I took leave from work and drove 40 minutes in the rain to Brandon Honda. Upon arrival, I was informed that the vehicle had been sold. No one notified me in advance, which shows a lack of respect and professionalism. They tried to sell me another vehicle for $13,000, exceeding my budget, and when I expressed my displeasure, they only offered to refund my gas, which I consider insufficient. This experience reflects an alarming lack of seriousness and consideration towards clients. If this is how they handle an appointment, I fear how they would respond to a guarantee. I do not recommend this dealership and I hope my review serves as a warning to future buyers. More
