She is very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful... kept me informed on what was going on. Went above and beyond. Hightly recommend her and the Hughes Honda service dept. I have been meaning to write this since April of this year and just now getting around to it. Lauretta Smith also was most helpful with everything especially the AC problem. She was also helpful and very knowledgeable. All were very helpful during a very trying time then. Thank you all for all your kindness and help. More
