Very disappointed with Beaver Toyota Salesman Keith Strickland. We had his attention for two minutes then he left to help another customer. His attention was on and off for the first 20 minutes. He was Strickland. We had his attention for two minutes then he left to help another customer. His attention was on and off for the first 20 minutes. He was not clear, giving us broken bits of information. When we made it to the lot he kept veering off from the model we were asking for. To finish the appointment, he told me to come back without my wife and kids as if they were a hindrance to the process. We don't appreciate the sexism or lack of hospitality. We have had a good experience with Toyota Beaver so far and hope this is something that can be addressed for change in the future. More
