Although I had my coupon with me, I forgot to present it at the dealership. I realized it in less than a half hour and called the service department. Alex told me to send him a picture of the coupon and t at the dealership. I realized it in less than a half hour and called the service department. Alex told me to send him a picture of the coupon and that he would call me to confirm receipt. He did not call after 2 days, so I called again. I was told that he was with a customer but he would be told of my call. He never called, so I called my salesman, Rich Bouker. He was able to settle the matter and get credit for me. More

Daniel may have taken on an impossible task when Zack asked for his expertise with helping us out with a truck we purchased 6 months ago.
