Gave us a 17k estimate to fix our trucks transmission. Should be absolutely illegal to charge this much money for something. We’re taking it elsewhere to be done for 4k. We thought taking it to GMC dealer could be the best for our situation but we were absolutely wrong. I came in today to pick it up and apparently you need the specific service tech you worked with to tell them your coming or your key is locked up and they can’t get it?? I’ve never been anywhere that does this. What an absolute scam of a company. Was charged a ridiculous amount for a diagnostic fee of $490 as well until i argued with the guy and he gave a discount. More

We haven’t considered visiting Sullivan Buick gmc for years because of negative attitudes we experienced with employees a few years ago. But this visit really changed our opinion of this dealership. Anyone we had contact with was very nice.we especially liked Devon our salesman. We met him originally at Cecil Clark chevy quite some time ago and liked him then. We were very impressed with Zach the general manager and how very nice and personable he is.we actually had a long and very pleasant conversation with him.very nice man.
