When the manual labor is more than double the job you took it in for, the settings in the truck were not returned to how they were found, I have a scratch on my door’s interior, and the oil sticker? It lasted about as long as my hope this was going to be a good visit (it already fell off the window). The only change I have is that I will never return to this dealership, even in an emergency. I will drive further in an opposite direction to another dealership. I thought I would give them another shot, but I didn’t think it could have gotten worse than the last visit. You know it is bad when even my friends and family question why I still went to the dealership. They were right and I will never return. Do not contact me or my family about this visit. More
