I took my truck to Advantage Chrysler Dodge in Mount Dora for service because my blind spot monitors were not working. They kept my vehicle for two days, only to tell me the issue was resolved and they had c for service because my blind spot monitors were not working. They kept my vehicle for two days, only to tell me the issue was resolved and they had cleared the error code. However, before I even left their lot, the exact same blind spot error code popped back up. When I brought this to the service manager's attention, I was told they couldn't clear the code because a malfunctioning hood sensor needed to be replaced. To my knowledge, a front hood sensor has absolutely nothing to do with the rear blind spot monitoring system. Not only did they let me drive home with the exact same issue I brought the truck in for, but their diagnosis makes no sense. I left feeling like the service department is completely clueless about how to diagnose and fix this truck. Very disappointed with the lack of technical expertise and the waste of my time. More
