I had an issue earlier, I came into the dealership to get the issue resolved. I was met at the front door by the general manager Brian Longacre. He took the time to listen, he didn’t cut me off, and heard wh the issue resolved. I was met at the front door by the general manager Brian Longacre. He took the time to listen, he didn’t cut me off, and heard what I had to say, and its entirety. He explained to me the dynamic of the locking lug nut that I have, and then he apologized for what was told to me. He reassured me that this was not the way that business was done at this dealership and that it would be rapidly taken care of. He stepped in the back to the service department for about five minutes, then came and got my keys and drove my Jeep around the corner and said we’re going to take care of this for you right now. Many places that I’ve been to sometimes are standoffish, or they even question the validity of the story being told. But not Bryan, he did exactly what a manager should do in a situation like this. He didn’t get defensive, he simply said let’s get that taken care of. He didn’t hesitate, he just made sure that I left happy. The comment that I wrote earlier, I wrote because I was upset. I had a very valid reason to be upset. But Bryan really did go above and beyond to make sure that I knew that my business was valued. I appreciate him and I retract my former complaint and if you do come to this dealership, make sure you ask Bryan for a Coke because he has the original ones not the ones with the high fructose corn syrup. I want to have a simple oil change and a tire rotation. They changed the oil but told me that there was a locking lug nut on one of my wheels that they couldn’t get off because I didn’t have the proper key They changed the oil but told me that there was a locking lug nut on one of my wheels that they couldn’t get off because I didn’t have the proper key. The mechanic said and I quote.” let me try something.” a few minutes he came back with one of my lug nuts. It had been extremely.damaged. He said he was able to get one off but couldn’t get it back on without the tool. I left and went to an auto parts store and got the proper tool and came back a few days later. First of all, it took an hour and a half for someone to even attempt to try and put a simple lug nut back on my vehicle. After that we came back and we were told that our lug nut was stripped in the first place, which was a straight up bold face lie. That lug nut was not stripped, none of my Lugnuts were damaged at all until I got to this dealership. We were told that someone would contact me on Monday to handle this, it’s Monday, and no one has called me yet. The fact that they took my lug nut off without the proper tool in the first place is a huge red flag. The fact that they couldn’t get it back on was another red flag. But what angers me the most is the fact that they tried to blame me, and straight up lied and said that the lug nut was stripped previously. I’ve had my Jeep for two years and I’ve had my tires rotated three times at the Jeep dealer in Lake City Florida which is where we bought the Jeep. We have had no problems previous to this. Every time our oil is changed the Jeep dealer in Lake City Florida sends us a video of anything that is wrong with the vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership at all, if you want a jeep go to a dealership that doesn’t lie when they damage your property. Kim in the service department was great, but our experience at this dealership completely overshadowed that. More

Kim was patient as I was annoyed. My appointment was not on the schedule. Had to remind her about the oil change and tire rotation on top of the air bag recall which has been in effect since June of last year. I had to keep calling to see if they were still there. The back of the van was all torn apart. If they needed to work there at least put things back the way the way it found. At my age 73 a large dog bed that was on top of a tarp is not easy to put back. Needed to get help from a neighbor. Not at all happy with your service. More
