No confidence at all in this service department Went in for my 18 month free service. Driving home I experienced an odor of burning hydrocarbons. Once I got home I found the oil cap missing. I lo Went in for my 18 month free service. Driving home I experienced an odor of burning hydrocarbons. Once I got home I found the oil cap missing. I located it in the windshield wiper cavity and replaced it myself. Fortunately the oil level was OK. The service reminder was also not reset. I've had horrible experiences with this dealer before in both sales and service. When I bought my vehicle they assured me that they had replaced nearly everyone in service and resolved the issues. Apparently just another marketing ploy to sell a car. There are better, more ethical Toyota dealerships in the area. Stay away from this one. This is the last time I will ever darken their door. More

Regular oil change and service. Waited for car to be serviced. Nice comfortable area. Was offered doughnuts and something to drink. I received a recall notice on my 2014 Corolla on the transmi Kyle was very friendly. When I left my car with him I asked if he would give me a call when it was finished.
