Horrible I had an appointment and still waited more than two hours...asked if my vehicle was done...then was told"oh yeah it's been done for a while!"....and I I had an appointment and still waited more than two hours...asked if my vehicle was done...then was told"oh yeah it's been done for a while!"....and I dont understand why I have to request for services to check my levels under my hood...who cares about a car wash....check my fluids!. Oil change, tire rotation, and fluid check The staff is very friendly as usual. Only thing is that I didn’t receive the car wash with the family plan. I was told I was when I dropped off keys The staff is very friendly as usual. Only thing is that I didn’t receive the car wash with the family plan. I was told I was when I dropped off keys at 7:30. It was after 9am before my car was brought back, but it wasn’t washed. I already waited over 90 minutes and didn’t feel like waiting any more so I left and washed it myself. More
