Happy and friendly but not empowered. There is a typical "absent 3rd party" tactic and the finance guy selling you extra high-margin stuff. Bake you in your seat tactics too. Beyond what I mentioned above, if I order $2500 worth of accessories, why are some put on prior to delivery and others require I leave the vehicle with you for days? Consider delivering what I ordered and paid for, indeed prepaid for.............My time is valuable. Please respect it. More
