All staff was friendly and helpful, following the coronavirus safe distancing rules throughout the car buying process. Andrea and Kadin were very patience sales people with no pressure. Kadin even stayed after the store closed to ensure we were taken care of throughout the financing process, which also ran smoothly with Jeffery. Although it was already late, Kadin wasn’t rushing us out the door and even offered to take a picture of us with our new car! This was a great car buying experience! More

Great buying experience from Kadin Espinosa at GG KIA! I came to Garden Grove Kia and was helped by Kadin Espinosa whom I met via the store's web site. Kadin let me test drive several Kias and I finally s I came to Garden Grove Kia and was helped by Kadin Espinosa whom I met via the store's web site. Kadin let me test drive several Kias and I finally settled on one. I worked with Kadin and his manager to get the price down to where I wanted it. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Kadin was great to work with. The dealership is spotless. I didn't even mind waiting around. I was there for about five hours but it was the last day of the month so a lot of people had to go through their paperwork. I would buy another car at Garden Grove Kia in a heartbeat. Note that the owner of this shop also owns Kia of Irvine. More
