I agreed to a monthly amount with the sales representative but when I was with financing to sign the paperwork the monthly amount was $64 higher than agreed upon. At the end my monthly payment representative but when I was with financing to sign the paperwork the monthly amount was $64 higher than agreed upon. At the end my monthly payment is $44 higher than I agreed upon with the sales representative. Not a happy customer! I wanted to answer "Would you recommend this dealership" as maybe but that is not an option and it's forcing me to answer so I am saying yes because everyone was nice but would let them know my experience. Leaving an average score for both the sales rep because there was no mention the monthly amount would go up when talking to financing. Also the financing agent because he just assumed I would just agree with the increased price and I had to purchase things in the warranty I didn't want. Example paint and interior coverage. This is my 10th vehicle and not once have I needed any coverage similar to that. Also 3 hours at the dealership to trade in my vehicle and purchase another seems a little a long to me. More
