From the BDC agent that set my appointment to the Master of Beaver, Zach, I had a first class experience. My experience was great overall. I was warmly welcomed at the door and Zack Armani made things happen to put together a deal that really saved my relationship with Beaver Toyota. I was headed out of the door, not mad, but rather disappointed in how I was made to feel by the other sales person who I didn’t get his card, but I assumed he was a supervisor or manager. So I probably would not return (ever). Zack found out what had happened and called back and we got things straightened out. I am very happy with my vehicle and the deal that we put together. I would highly recommend dealing with Zack and Beaver again. Also, a nice shout out to Ricky in finance. Very knowledgeable, cordial and efficient. More
