Service Advisors are all very professional. I had an appointment, so the wait wasn't long. After my oil was changed and the tires rotated, Kahli went over my print out with me. Horrible service. My skid plate came off less than a week after my oil change at Honda towers of Longview and I went back to Honda to see if they could order one for My skid plate came off less than a week after my oil change at Honda towers of Longview and I went back to Honda to see if they could order one for me for a little less since they did not put the skid plate back on correctly after oil change ( I know they take the skid plates off for oil change and this has happened to other people with Hondas after an oil change). They lied and told me they would call me and never did. Kahli specifically gave me his name and said he would call me after talking to service supervisor who was out that day but he did not. I am very disappointed. I have been with Honda since 2017 and the service has just gotten worse and the prices much more expensive. now I have had to pay for an overpriced oil change and a whole new skid plate. Not with the time or money to fix their mistakes. More
