I don’t feel like the service counter person understood what I wanted service. We paid $250ish for a diagnostic fee for a vehicle under warranty and the service tech couldn’t get the beeping noise to repea what I wanted service. Today someone called me about my experience and I think he was taking notes and the call was transferred. The person it was transferred to was unaware of why it was transferred. My appointment was handled very poorly. I made an appointment the week before, very clearly stated what I needed done and arranged to drop the car off the night before for the 7am appointme I made an appointment the week before, very clearly stated what I needed done and arranged to drop the car off the night before for the 7am appointment. When I.called at 10am the day of the appointment, no one seemed to know anything about my car or appointment. Turns out, it hadn’t even been pulled in yet. Finally got my car serviced but one of the services I specifically requested (battery testing) was not done. I’m unclear what the point of making an appointment was when 1) my car sat untouched until I called hours later and 2) my requested services weren’t all performed More
