In terms of sales, very knowledgeable, warm-hearted, and technically competent staff with a no-nonsense behavior. I have had my brand new 2023 GMC Sierra Denali less than 2 months and it has spent approximately 14 days at the service department . Spare tire mount not secured properly Tire Pressure Monitor System d 2 months and it has spent approximately 14 days at the service department . Spare tire mount not secured properly Tire Pressure Monitor System did not work the day o got home with the truck A valve that was damaged by water and caused brake failure and almost caused me to hit an innocent family and me and my family to suffer sleep issues. Lastly the Sun roof is leaking The GM said all of this is minor stress and that he fixed the issues with the truck and what else should I ant from him. I forgot to add they gave me blackout emblems if I made a good rating for them. I recommend no one by a truck from this dealership. Also please reach out to everyone you know and tell them to spread the word. I ask all Military to stand up if they have had issues and we can stop things like this.
