average at best. It may be because it is the only show in town perhaps giving the employees a sense of entitlement. The service department is horre

The client advisors do not do a good job communicating. It is extremely challenging to get an update of the status of your vehicle. They will do the bare minimum to assist customers. I do not and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Unfortunately, I don’t have a choice to use them living on an island.

I would greatly appreciate a call so we can resolve this. It is very unfair that I purchase a new truck and have had it for a bit less then a month and been dealing with steering problems for 3 weeks now. Not to mention that since since I already purchased the truck, it is not a priority of your dealership to get it in to see what the problem is. It has already been in and within 30 minutes apparently the problem was corrected . Not even 20 minutes after I left it began having the issues again. They sold us a 2019 Sierra that apparently had brake issues because our trucks brakes went out 2x! And this is after we brought it back to get fixed the first time. They were rude and very pushy with us. Save your money and time and shop elsewhere. These guys don’t deserve your business or your time. Avoid working with Brian, Kalai and Sasha. Before buying from Honolulu GMC factor in the safety of your family.
