The car salesman was nice, and able to answer most of our questions or look up an answer as well as have us come back to get the car detailed and go over the features more. I did not get to see what pricing questions or look up an answer as well as have us come back to get the car detailed and go over the features more. I purchased a 2021 Kia Telluride from Paramount Kia of Hickory. I went in after speaking with Kaleb online, and he immediately started helping me. They had just put that car in the system. We all immediately fell in love with it. The buying process took longer than usual, even though finance was pretty fast. However, we were there late, and they actually stayed past closing to finish the deal. Overall it was a smooth experience, and the finance guy did what was needed to get us where we wanted to be.
