Initial observation was Kaleb is young, pressuring potential buyers will be his approach. It was not that way. He showed us what we asked, answered the questions we had or got the answers, and respec potential buyers will be his approach. It was not that way. Very respectful, helpful and "patient" - I'm not a patient person myself at times and he detected and adjusted to that in a very understanding manner. It was a delight working with Kaleb. And of course Shaun was......ok. Just joking. It was obvious where Kaleb got his manners; Shaun was a pleasure to work with and took care of my wife's and my concerns. Very professional. Chuck was superb. He seemed as excited as us that we were getting a new car. He explained all the processes and options very well and completed the dreaded signing in a methodical, well understood manner so the process was smooth. Jaden's explanation of the car and the features was Outstanding. Even well after closing, he took the time to show us every feature, answer every question, register phone with Lexus vehicle - and he never gave the impression that we were on his time.
