So once i got to the lot looking around kail came out introduced her self asked what we where looking for did we want to test drive a few cars etc with no pressure or hassel. Which made my decision easier. Kail is one dedicated person to her job she did everything in her power to make sure I pulled off that lot with that car in i appreciate her for that. More
