Pleasantly surprised I have never purchased a used vehicle, so I drove from Montgomery to Birmingham imagining every possible worst case scenario. I arrived at the lot yesterday morning to test drive an Infiniti Q50 and was greeted by Kali shortly after I got there. She did an excellent job of building rapport and made me feel very comfortable. At no time during our interaction did I ever feel like I was being rushed or hassled. Once I indicated that I wanted to purchase the vehicle, Kali and Warren both made the otherwise daunting paperwork process extremely smooth and stress free.
