Kali was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at and helped guide my decision towards a car that hopefully lasts me a while. She also helped out with an issue that I had after leaving the lot which was above and beyond for a car salesperson. The only negative thing was that my 2016 Altima did not come with an owners manual which is not a big deal but could be seen as an expectation for a newer car. Overall I was pleased with my experience and love my new car. More

All of the decisions and payments were on my shoulders alone. I went into Birmingham Luxury Motors and found family. I was not treated as a customer...no! I was treated as family. They worked very hard to find a way to get me into my 2016 Black Rogue. Unfortunately, my Fiat had little resale value, so they got down to business and found my financial package. I was able to drive away with a great car and a great feeling of being taken care of. Not taken advantage of. I and my friends that came with me would recommend highly the people at this location. After a round of hugs, I got into my beautiful Rogue and headed home. I was not just a paycheck to these people. I was a friend. More
