Had an overall great experience at Birmingham Luxury Motors. They advertised the car we wanted at a good, no haggle price and they offered a strong and very fair trade in value for our trade without th Motors. They advertised the car we wanted at a good, no haggle price and they offered a strong and very fair trade in value for our trade without the need to negotiate which made the experience really great. Our vehicle was detailed probably the best we’ve seen at any dealership upon delivery! The manager Brenton was amazing as well. Recommend BLM! More

I found Birmingham Luxury Motors by searching thru ads on internet and very happy I did. Never have purchased a vehicle from a dealer out of my state but drove 400+ miles to see this vehicle 2018 Tesla on internet and very happy I did. Never have purchased a vehicle from a dealer out of my state but drove 400+ miles to see this vehicle 2018 Tesla Model S. It was exactly as advertised or better. I purchased a Lexus SUV from them Friday and had an excellent experience. I live in Florida and was able to do pretty much everything over the phone and internet for the purchase. There were multiple team members that worked together to complete my deal. Jadarrien was my sales person. He even picked me up from the airport when I flew in to drive my luxury vehicle home. Kali made everything straight forward with financing. All the paperwork was ready to go so it didn't take me long to get on the road home. This has been one of the best experiences I have had buying a car and I would highly recommend them. More

Don’t trust this dealer ! I bought a truck from them that they obviously didn’t even check it out ! The truck had 3 broken shocks! I didn’t realize this until I was home which I bought a truck from them that they obviously didn’t even check it out ! The truck had 3 broken shocks! I didn’t realize this until I was home which was 4hours south. I spent over $800 the next day to have them fixed . The dealer pretended like they were going to reimburse me but of course that never happened! Even the horn on the truck doesn’t work! Please don’t make the expensive mistake I did . If Birmingham Luxury Motors has a vehicle you like , take it to a mechanic you trust and have it thoroughly checked out before making them an offer ! More
