Loving the BMW experience! I have to say that I was a bit intimidated going into this BMW dealership. I thought I was just going to deal with obnoxious and snooty sales people a I have to say that I was a bit intimidated going into this BMW dealership. I thought I was just going to deal with obnoxious and snooty sales people and boy was I wrong! I have never felt so welcome and so well taken care off in any car dealership. I could stay in their showroom all day just looking at cars. Peter was very entertaining and very comfortable to work with. I was never pressured to get anything that I did not want in the car. In fact, he helped me narrow down what's available and what's best bang for my buck. Then in less than a week's time, I got my car! Quick and easy. Kamila (Genius) was great as well. She was very patient with me and entertained my questions really well. My overall experience was very positive and I would highly recommend going to this dealership. I chose right! More

A superlative, intelligent dealership I purchased a 2014 340ix from BMW of Manhattan. Geoffry Daou was a consummate professional - congenial, accessible, and accommodating. I wasn't sure a I purchased a 2014 340ix from BMW of Manhattan. Geoffry Daou was a consummate professional - congenial, accessible, and accommodating. I wasn't sure about the model I wanted, but after a detailed conversation about my past vehicles and current needs, he helped me narrow my choices very quickly. Louis Cortes also pitched in with some technical data. Mr. Daou located my dream vehicle at another BMW dealership and had it delivered and prepped for sale within a few days. Note well that this occurred at the height of the holiday season, between Christmas and New Years. Putting the deal together required his time and persistent concentration. Very impressive! Kamila Rassbeharry was the BMW Genius assigned to teach us the ropes. My wife is very low tech, but Kamila remained patient and caring at all times. She is a jewel and credit to the dealership! More

Kamila is excellent, definitely a subject matter expert in anything and all things BMW. I had an issue with Bluetooth after buying a new phone and a new car is excellent, definitely a subject matter expert in anything and all things BMW.
