Leased a BMW here 3 years ago and knew the dealer Kan as a life time friend. I am very glad that I randomly picked up this place which is far away from my home 3 years ago bc of a sales call. Like many of the happy customers who worked with Kan, I had a great buying experience with him. From the initial contact with Kan to when the car delivered to me in a different state, Kan had been very kno had a great buying experience with him. From the initial contact with Kan to when the car delivered to me in a different state, Kan had been very knowledgeable, patient, easy to talk to, responsive to any inquiries, always availability even after work hours. So far in my car buying experiences, the interaction with Kan ranked top. The most important thing was that he gave me reassurance along every step so I am making informed decision. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service I receive from Kan. I got what I wanted, how I wanted, when I wanted without the hassle.
