I came in for regular maintenance of my Silverado - oil change, rotate tires, and the multiple point inspection. Service was excellent as always. My vehicle was taken into the maintenance bay at the appo change, rotate tires, and the multiple point inspection. Service was excellent as always. Beware beware beware I thought I was getting 6 years extended warranty only got 3 years for 4400 dollars called within 24 hours and was told too bad read your paper work next time . Let's start this review with PAY ATTENTION. I purchased my chev colorado at Ray Brandt, now Bob Boyte in 2022. Have used their service department every time but this was my first time with this I purchased my chev colorado at Ray Brandt, now Bob Boyte in 2022. Have used their service department every time but this was my first time with this place being Bob Boyte. Setting up the service for my truck was easy and Ashley welcomed me on my arrival. Requested an oil change and tire rotation and used my reward points to pay, with no problems. What I didn't expect was on the way home when my wife asked if I remembered to get my key lug nut back (as I have forgotten it before) and I stated I forgot to give it to them in the first place. When we arrived home I immediately went around to all of the tires and checked to make sure they were rotated. I COULD NOT FIND A HAND OR FINGER PRINT ON ANY OF THEM. Either these guys are so good that they don't smudge freshly dressed tires (Armour tire dress) or leave finger/smudge marks on the lug nuts. I immediately called Ashley at the service department and was left on hold and when someone picked up I was hung up on. I again called back but now Ashley was with someone and could not answer the phone. Next I asked for the service manager Walt, and he was busy also. Next I asked for the General Manager and that was Phil and he no longer works there. So Jaden asked if I wanted to speak to the new car manager and I said yes, but he never answered either. I just informed Jaden that I would be posting my review with pics so that everyone can see and read how their service department works. Several minutes later I received a call from Ashley, who after hearing what i had found, and with a very condescending attitude stated "IF you want to bring your truck back, we can put the tires back where they were", inferring that they had rotated them. I informed her that I did not appreciate her attitude, and that she and her bosses could just read and see for themselves on my review and hung up. A short time later I received a call from Walt/ Service Manager, who offered to have my truck picked up the following day and taken to their service dept to determine if the tires were rotated. I advised him of what I had found and offered him a hundred dollars for any finger prints or hand prints he could find on the tires or lug nuts. I initially agreed to this but after thinking about it, changed my mind. The reason for changing my mind was I had my truck door damaged last time I got the service done at Ray Brandt and never did I write a bad review. The service writer repeatedly apologized and ensured me it would be taken care of and it was. This time the only person who really wanted to hear my problem was the service manager and he was more of trying to put the fire out, than really wanting to know the truth. Ashley said that they used a master set of Lug keys to take my tires off after looking in my glove box for the key. Why didn't she just walk over to the waiting area, 30 feet away and ask me where it was. And of course it was with the jack and wrench, not the glove compartment. If you can't trust the people you are handing over the second most expensive item you will buy, then it doesn't make sense to go to that business any longer. I would not recommend this dealership/service department to anyone and I have written a 5 star review for Ray Brandt, that I see was switched over to Bob Boyte, and I will see that it is taken down. More

I call this morning and the sales manager, Kevin, gets a huge attitude with me for questioning whether the order had been placed (SHOCKER... it wasn't!!!). After a little back and forth, he proceeds to hang up on me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Too bad I can't give 0 stars... More

Hi, I bought a brand new Camaro SS from this dealer 6 months ago. Amazingly great experience. But today I want to leave a review about Tammy in their great service department. She explained everything to me perfectly, but I am not a technocrat (to say the least), and I got frustrated during our call. I wasn't rude, but I was short and frustrated. She had every reason to tell me exactly how the cow ate the cabbage, and tell me to go pound sand. But no, she maintained her poise, kindness and professionalism. To Tammy I say I'm sorry.
