While I explained that I wasn't quite ready to make the commitment to a Land Rover , Karen took me for test drives on each Model to help me decide. She didn't rush the process even though she knew I wouldn't be purchasing a car that day. If I do choose a Land Rover as my next vehicle, I will only purchase it from Karen! More

Over the last 12 years almost every encounter has exceeded my expectations. Saturday and Monday I had the opportunity to work with Karen and Jorge on deciding to purchase a loaner vehicle. Never once was there a sales pitch or pressure exerted Dialogue was had to help with the decision tree. Personal stories were shared by all thiose involved which illuminated how humble and sensitive this team is. Even when I had last minute finance concerns Mike responded to them with kindeness and patience. The personal touch of Niam to introduce me to the new technology was done so in an easy to understand and professional manner. The pillar of this team remains to be Steve in the service department who in the busiest of times will always take a few moments to see if he can be of any assistance.
