Horrible customer service. Today I had a nail in my 2020 Equinox retire that I lease from them. Called the service dept. to see if they had the tire I need, because Discount Today I had a nail in my 2020 Equinox retire that I lease from them. Called the service dept. to see if they had the tire I need, because Discount Tire did not. After giving the girl in parts my vin number and telling her the name of the tire, she went to see if they had it. After 10 minutes on hold, I was disconnected. Called back and got voice mail. I left my name and number and waited for a call back THAT I NEVER GOT. I called Bates Chevrolet, immediately was told they had the tire and I had it replaced in 45 minutes. Still no call back from Genthe. Bates will sell me my next car. More
