When I asked for the price, they gave me the full price from the beginning and that never changed even though I had to wait a month for the car I reserved to arrive. And they never played the games that I’ve experienced at other dealerships. I worked with the same sales advocate from beginning to end, no handoffs to the high-pressure “closer.” The Guest Advocate I worked with, Karen E, was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable, extremely attentive to my needs, and utterly professional. I was absolutely dreading a typical car dealer brawl. She made the entire experience delightful. I not only left with the car I wanted, I also left with a smile on my face. I would heartily recommend folks make the drive to Wilsonville Subaru for their next car. More
