My over all experience was good, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. I feel like I was valued as a customer and treated well, but if I were to offer any criticism it would be this: recommend this dealership to anyone. I feel like I was valued as a customer and treated well, but if I were to offer any criticism it would be this: I arrived at the dealership at 1 pm with the vehicle I wanted already decided from the website and it took until just before 7 pm before we were done with all the paper work etc. When it came to signing all the paper work they pushed an extended warranty HARD. I refused it only to be asked again and again as they lowered the price. I was pleased with my experience and my sales guy Conner served us well. Everyone was friendly. More

We had been to some previous Honda dealers the first day we arrived at Wilde. It was an extremely cold day and at the other dealers, we basically were ignored. When arriving at Wilde and cruising through we arrived at Wilde. It was an extremely cold day and at the other dealers, we basically were ignored. When arriving at Wilde and cruising through the around the used CRV's, Laura came out immediately to help us. We test drove a used Honda, but after noting the offer on new CRV's we headed in theta direction. Laura brought a new CRV into the garage, (so it was a bit warmer to look at :) ) She went over the car with me. Eric and Laura came up with an initial offer for us, but we were not ready to buy that day. They both spent time with us, but we felt no pressure from either associate. Eric did bring some humor into the visit the first day by announcing my name over the loud speaker and saying they had a new CRV with my name on it! :) It helped to put me at ease. After my husband and I talked it over, I emailed Laura back and forth a few times regarding a possible better price. Eric and Laura came up with a price that I thought was very fair for both trade in and new vehicle. We arrange a date to come in and pick up. Upon arriving to pick up the new CRV, we discovered that my husband and I had misunderstood the financing %. Laura brought Phil over and He was able to explain and satisfy our financing concerns. (Eric was not in on this day) We proceeded to purchase the new CRV. Laura was great with going over every detail of the new CRV. Made sure that I understood everything. Karen was the finance person that I met with. The process was fairly quick one. I did feel a little pressure with the extended warranty. My husband and I had purchased in the past, but had decided not to with this vehicle. Overall my experience with Wilde Honda was a good one. My main concerns as with most people is feeling pressured and of course getting a good deal. I did not feel pressed except for a bit with the extended warranty and I felt I did receive a good and fair deal. Laura was very pleasant and upbeat . Between the first visit and the day I actually came into buy, she kept in contact through email and phone. She answered any question I had promptly. She is a great addition to the Wilde dealership. I have only had the CRV for a short time, but I love it. I have already recommended Wilde Honda to my coworkers. Thanks for the great experience. More

All of the above employees made an experience I was dreading - buying a new car - a very easy and straightforward experience. They were all intelligent, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. Every promise has been kept, negotiations were direct, honest, and how refreshing not to have to deal with all of the irritating back and forth that often goes with purchasing a car. They all went above and beyond what we were expecting. I will happily and strongly recommend Wilde East Towne Honda to anyone looking to buy a new car. Early communication was exceptional - regarding vehicle features and availability and arranging a visit. Financial transaction was smooth. The vehicle itself is excellent. I was very happy with my experience. The staff was very friendly and professional. They had to stay late to finish up our purchase and did so without complaint. Both Jerry and Shawn were very helpful and answered every question I threw at them. I live out of state so their extremely quick replies, the you tube video Jerry made for me and the above & beyond service p question I threw at them. I live out of state so their extremely quick replies, the you tube video Jerry made for me and the above & beyond service provided by both of them made my decision easy to choose this dealership over others which I was simultaneously working with as well. I could tell they truly care and were professional from the beginning to the close of the deal. I am confident that they will help me with any future ?s that I may have on the vehicle even though I am a few hundred miles away and can't just swing by in person. Working with Joe was very good. He had our best interest at hand and was not your typical sales person. We ended up driving mulitple vehicles, mutliple times and Joe was always patient and supportive. We at hand and was not your typical sales person. We ended up driving mulitple vehicles, mutliple times and Joe was always patient and supportive. We really liked working with him. The financing piece was not the best. We had spent about 5 hours trying to decide what vehicle to buy, then had to spend another 3 hours doing the financing piece. That was too long and had to wait about an hour just to see someone. Then there was lot of sales going on for different warranties and different options that were someone what confusing to start with. I felt the their was more pressure there to buy something more. I also did not like that we had to decide right there and then to buy any extra warranty. The period that the warranty applies does not change. Give us 2-3 days to think about and do some follow-up with us. The first 12 months are covered anyway since it was certified. I was not too keen on the whole financing piece. More

We were there from 9 am until we finally drove away with our new (used) car at 2:20 pm. No high pitched sales, no games, just straight forward approach. They listened to what we wanted, and the price range we were able to go, and they showed us what they had to offer. They treated us very well. We were able to take a test drive with Joe (and the new kid on the block who was shadowing him) and then they let us take the car alone to test drive. They made the whole process painless. We also had our 1999 Honda Civic serviced while we were there, We will definitely be coming back here for any future service needs. This is our 6th Honda we have purchased. The 2nd one in WI. There is a reason we keep coming back to Honda's. This dealer is an example why. On a final note, all of our prior Honda purchases, I remarked how we go a coffee mug, and after the handshakes, asked if we were going to get on. Jorge Hidalgo and Peter Wisniewski both came thru, and got us two!! I laughed, because we never expected it. That is why we gave them all '5's'. More
