Karen Herbert was outstanding, along with the support of everyone from the folks working in the lot (while it was snowing) to the business manager. I ended up purchasing a 328xi after Karen and their team worked with me on specific questions, cost, and trade-in concerns. I have been to many dealerships in the area, and I am very glad to have found one that offers an all around top notch customer experience. I am happy to say that I will be going to BMW of Silver Spring for now on! More
