This has been one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I’ve ever had. She made sure I understood all of the many packages that BMW offers for this vehicle, and this is no small feat. She went over several financial options for purchasing the vehicle. Though we spent more than 3 hours together, she remained patient, personable and even funny. Because there are so many options to choose from, I made change after change, asked question after question…..and she never wavered from being her pleasant and professional self. Karen has been selling cars for many years and she clearly knows the business and is very passionate about the BMW product. Great experience with Karen and BMW of Silver Spring, MD Overall, I had a great experience. The sales person, Karen Herbert, was extremely helpful and accommodating. I was looking for a CPO BMW with specif Overall, I had a great experience. The sales person, Karen Herbert, was extremely helpful and accommodating. I was looking for a CPO BMW with specific options. The BMW USA website allowed me to find the car that I wanted, but it was ~500 miles away. I contacted Karen on the BMW of Silver Spring website and was able to learn more about the car. I then asked Karen to call me and ended up putting down a refundable deposit on the car to hold it for me. We then agreed to a sight unseen trade-in value on my current BMW. Less than 7 days after searching for the car that I wanted, I was taking it a test drive with Karen. I drove it back the ~500 miles later that day. The whole experience was refreshing (no pressure sales tactics) and enjoyable. Thank you Karen and the whole BMW of Silver Spring family for a great experience in buying a new car!! More
