It started at home, while online we saw the truck we wanted and sent a inquiry to the website about it. Seconds later our fabulous salesman Fred Alexander called to greet us and send more information. We decided to reserve the truck for a test drive and come up there that day. Fred was exceptionally knowledgeable, funny, and a good salesman while we were test driving the vehicle. We then met an entire team of employees who did a phenomenal job. Karen who got us the better numbers for our trade in which saved us from going to car max. Thank you! Jim in finance you rock! Jim has a natural ability to make you feel like old friends. He is also great his job. Danny who did the modifications on the truck. The truck looks great and Danny did a great job of making sure we were happy with the final outcome. Ricky who patiently sat inside the truck and taught us everything regarding the infotainment system/Onstar. Thank you Ricky!! More
