I have the car I wanted-no compromises! I think the most important part of my experience at Broadway Kia is that I did not have to compromise on the type of car I wanted. OK-I have an autom I think the most important part of my experience at Broadway Kia is that I did not have to compromise on the type of car I wanted. OK-I have an automatic instead of a stick but that is minor. No one tried to convince me that I didn't want what I said I wanted! I'm sure everyone reading these reviews has had that happen. There is a car the dealership wants to sell and they push and push to get you to buy it. Not here! I was listened to and received even more than I was asking for! I also received a great financing package and my finances were challenging. I'm very impressed with this dealership and will go back, except I love my car so much, I don't know that I'll ever get another one! Good work, people! More

Not frightening at all. I was in bad need of a new vehicle and had been researching what I wanted. I never had the chance to buy a new car that I actually wanted. Over the years I purchased used cars that were on the lots. The only other new vehicle I had was picked for my deceased husband by his father in 1988! So I was slightly nervous about facing a salesman! Allen was a pleasure to work with on getting my new car. I let him know what I wanted and he helped, with a lot of patience! My biggest issue was what color! Everyone was so patient with how long I took to decide which color of Soul to get. I like all the colors! All the employees were real friendly More
