n March we contacted the dealer about a Lexus 450. They said they had one coming in and asked for a deposit and we gave them one. We were told the car would be in mid-April. April 18 and for a couple They said they had one coming in and asked for a deposit and we gave them one. We were told the car would be in mid-April. April 18 and for a couple of days I tried to call the sales rep Kari and no answer--no return call. On 4-21 I finally called the office and she answered, obviously because she had no idea who was calling. After some studdering, she said they sold our car to someone else the day before they sold it to us but nobody put the notes in the system. I asked to talk to a manager and got Pete, who said they sold our car to their attorney! ! ! ! I asked if they truly sold it 3 weeks ago why did no one call me and why do you still have my deposit? I did get my deposit back. Pete said he would get me another car but had to ask Lexus to move some units so we could get the car we wanted and it would take about a week. A week later I called the dealership and Pete was not in so I left a message. A couple of days later another manager called me and said they could not get me a car in the color we wanted. I gave them a 2nd color to try. May 7th Kari sent an email and said there was a car being built for us....May 19th email car is still being built...June 26th I called and asked if they sold my car for the 2nd time...Kari said there was a radio problem and it would be coming. In July I got a call from Kari and said our car was in! ! ! ! I did not buy a car from this dealer----Can you understand why? ? ? ? Moral of the story---company attorney's money is greener I guess. More
