Came in to Lexus not sure if I wanted to purchase Lexus or BMW. After meeting and talking with Mrs. Scherer, I think she has changed my mind, We will be looking to purchase a Lexus. Kari was wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and personable. I felt as if a friend was sitting beside me. Sarah was fabulous as well! This is really hard for me to answer. I would rather talk to someone versus writing. Bottom line, I really like my UX 250H, disappointed with the fact Enform does not work, I live over an hour away from the to someone versus writing. Bottom line, I really like my UX 250H, disappointed with the fact Enform does not work, I live over an hour away from the nearest dealership, valet’s first opening is 8/20, they went over all the features when I picked up my car, should have validated Enform worked. I asked if the start date can be deferred to when it is fixed & the answer was “no”. Disappointed. More
