I have had frustration taking my car to the Norwood Volkswagen dealership as only one mechanic there works on hybrid cars. My car is 9 years old and only go to the dealership for "serious" issues. I entered your Wellesley dealership with two concerns which after an assessment from your techs, was told they are non-issues. However, they found the following items: my car's alignment was off, brakes, front and back, needed to be replaced, and the back two tires were worn. This shocked me as my car had just been at the Norwood Volkswagen dealership and a local mechanic had also recently changed the oil. Karl knew I wanted to get an inspection sticker that afternoon. I could have gone to B.J.'s for the tires, but thought "time or money." I stayed in the dealership from 8:30 till 2:30 and had brought plenty of work and reading to keep me busy. Karl even put two techs on this job which normally takes an 8 hour day. The dealership has a comfortable lounge, private, clean bathroom, snacks, water and coffee. So glad I found the Wellesley Volkswagen dealership. I definitely will visit again. More
