My hat also goes off to Karl, Christ, Drew Ricci, Samantha Brody, and Heather McEwan who always make you feel at home whenever I take my vehicle in for service. And the cost for Service is very reasonable no matter what the service consists of. More

I have an older 2015 VW Tiguan. After I bought the car at a small local dealer I contacted my Wellesley VW dealer service center for an oil change. Initially I worked with Karl and he got me in and out for two oil changes that first year. But they also gave me recommendations for additional service. At that second oil change they reminded me about the maintenance items and after checking with my warranty service we got the car in and Drew took care of everything under the warranty. Got my car in and out by the next day. More
