I’ve been going to Wellesley VW for over 12 years with 2 different cars. My extended family has been with you guys for over 40 years. My last 2 visits were just obnoxious. Dealt with the same person both ti different cars. My extended family has been with you guys for over 40 years. My last 2 visits were just obnoxious. Dealt with the same person both times. The first time I was cut off when I was discussing my concerns with something I wanted checked out; with service telling me they would check out my concern and never did. Second time although problems were found and my car is under warranty I was sent away and told to “drive it” and see what happens. Both times I also had to explain that the VW Diesel Warranty covers the CEL and anything involved in why it goes on. Your survive used to be so good, I don’t know how you guys went down hill (Ian, for example who I dealt with years ago was great) I am done with Wellesley VW and will be going to a new dealership. Continuation of this behavior will only have you lose more customers. There’s other VW dealerships out there. More
